 For sure. But hurting small animals, (or big ones for that matter) is not my jam. I am not opposed to hunting for things you intend to eat, I grew up that way. Well, whatever. I just needed to bitch about it apparently. I ran over a rabbit the other day. And the feeling of it’s body thumping against the bottom of my car haunted me for the rest of the day. I also have zero issue with hunting but something about killing something that didn’t need to die is uncomfortable. The chickens know that i get excited about eggs and when they lay they get the good scratch and will sometimes wait until im in the barn, squawk and lay an egg im front of me. He started doing that after i faked my death for a dr pepper that my SO was holding. Anticipation followed by true satisfaction. Dreading something or avoiding it then being surprised with a happy outcome. It would make the bad days easier to bear if we had our own highlight reel in HD for instant recall.

 If someone shoots at you, you're pretty much free to do what you gotta do. For the most part it would be self defense, turning around and going for a second pass is not. Cut down a tree. Or two. Enough to block the road. Chainsaw. Ropes. A couple hours of work, and lots of sweat. And you need to be able to deploy the trees in a hurry, else passing drivers will see it and call the authorities.  Oh, you should have been there the day after we used up the last of the chocolate ice cream, so people couldn't get the twist ice cream cone any more.So salty we didn't have to fill the shakers for the fries. The restaurants i stop coming to are because their food is bad, overpriced, or it takes forever. restaurants actually have a pretty low bar for "good enough". the tricky part is never providing a bad experience because that's when people leave and never come back. a decent restaurant that never fucks up will be far more profitable and enduring than a good restaurant that fucks up every now and then. I take some pride in making my plates look amazing, even though I know the food is mediocre or bland as fuck. But if it looks great, people will often look past its mediocrity.  Did the chairs and tables match? If so you’re in the wrong spot. Gotta find the place off the gravel road that’s somebody’s converted house and none of the tables or chairs match. Wasn't even a sit-down restaurant. you make your order, you get your food. that's a normal portion size for people who aren't overweight. It's just American restaurants normalize oversized portions. Not sure how expensive it was, but typically I wouldn't complain about four wings with pulled pork and I'd assume there were sides as well. On the flip side their grilled chicken sandwich portion size went up so much its basically two sandwiches. Great value buy. We looked at the menu, and had to Google half the stuff on there. I had no clue what the hell an amuse bouche was, or the names of ANY of the items... Ou
