When you’re the guy who’s known for one of the biggest shows on the planet, you could pour money into anything, slap your name onto it, and people will likely flock to it to check it out. Probably just the idea of changing their identity. That logo has been around since 1935. It precedes some of the greatest works of TV and cinema of all time: Terminator Dark Fate, Home Alone 3, Turbo: the Power Rangers movie, and so much more. It would be like asking to change the McDonalds logo from the Golden Arches to the Golden Arcs. An awful idea until you see the implementation and realize it adds to the overall comedy. The adage "its better to apologize than ask permission" comes to mind. His first request was probably denied due to being one of a thousand requests pushed across a lawyers' desk that they chose not to risk. But if you just show them the results? People are less likely to say no and just roll with it.

 If someone shoots at you, you're pretty much free to do what you gotta do. For the most part it would be self defense, turning around and going for a second pass is not. Cut down a tree. Or two.  Oh, you should have been there the day after we used up the last of the chocolate ice cream, so people couldn't get the twist ice cream cone any more.So salty we didn't have to fill the shakers for the fries.  He told me his sad story. He said that he came from a large family. He had three brothers and two sisters. His father had died when he was nine years old. His mother was poorly educated and worked two full time jobs. She made very little to support her large family. Nevertheless, she had managed to save two hundred dollars to buy her children Christmas presents. The young boy had been dropped off on the way to her second job. He was to use the money to buy presents for all his siblings and save just enough to take the bus home.
