 Heading on vacation in a couple weeks! It's a pretty remote place in the mountains where we will still be socially-distanced and not around anyone, but it will just be nice to see somewhere other than the inside of my house. A month ago I thought my dog was going to die. She was in a lot of pain and had trouble getting up by herself. But we changed her meds, and she's getting laser treatment for arthritis in her back knees. Now she can get up by herself, and I can tell she's not in pain because she's so playful again. I am so happy about this. I love steak, but hated making it on the grill, because I could never get it right, at least not very often. Too much guess work involved. I learned how to do a reverse sear, and it's amazing how easy it is to get the perfect steak every time. Just had steak for lunch! It's awesome! I went from suicidal drug addict with no hope, to engaged to a wonderful woman, to a soon to be father. Although having a child during COVID, and given the state of the world, is a daunting task; I’m really looking forward to the rest of my life.

 If someone shoots at you, you're pretty much free to do what you gotta do. For the most part it would be self defense, turning around and going for a second pass is not. Cut down a tree. Or two. Enough to block the road. Chainsaw. Ropes. A couple hours of work, and lots of sweat.  He told me his sad story. He said that he came from a large family. He had three brothers and two sisters. His father had died when he was nine years old. His mother was poorly educated and worked two full time jobs. She made very little to support her large family. Nevertheless, she had managed to save two hundred dollars to buy her children Christmas presents. The young boy had been dropped off on the way to her second job. He was to use the money to buy presents for all his siblings and save just enough to take the bus home. He had not even entered the mall, when an older boy grabbed one of the hundred dollar bills and disappeared into the night. I am very happy you are doing this so everyone has a chance to feel love and happiness on Christmas. Personally I don’t have family to wish me a merry Christmas (Was an only child and have been neglected and beat ever since I was a child by my parents) so I played apex this holiday season because I enjoy the game and gaming makes me happy.
