 He told me his sad story. He said that he came from a large family. He had three brothers and two sisters. His father had died when he was nine years old.  Oh, you should have been there the day after we used up the last of the chocolate ice cream, so people couldn't get the twist ice cream cone any more.So salty we didn't have to fill the shakers for the fries. The restaurants i stop coming to are because their food is bad, overpriced, or it takes forever. restaurants actually have a pretty low bar for "good enough". the tricky part is never providing a bad experience because that's when people leave and never come back. a decent restaurant that never fucks up will be far more profitable and enduring than a good restaurant that fucks up every now and then. I take some pride in making my plates look amazing, even though I know the food is mediocre or bland as fuck. But if it looks great, people will often look past its mediocrity.
