 My advice though. Chose a good plastic surgeon. Research your choices, talk to others. I've seen some shoddy work, but my surgeon was amazing. My scar is almost non-existent. As a guy who lost 70 lbs over the past two years, is it as weird (but at the same time gratifying) to be able to feel your hip bones when you lay down? I sometime catch myself poking them in mild disbelief.

 Oh, you should have been there the day after we used up the last of the chocolate ice cream, so people couldn't get the twist ice cream cone any more.So salty we didn't have to fill the shakers for the fries.
