 He told me his sad story. He said that he came from a large family. He had three brothers and two sisters. His father had died when he was nine years old. His mother was poorly educated and worked two full time jobs. She made very little to support her large family. He was to use the money to buy presents for all his siblings and save just enough to take the bus home.  Oh, you should have been there the day after we used up the last of the chocolate ice cream, so people couldn't get the twist ice cream cone any more.So salty we didn't have to fill the shakers for the fries. The restaurants i stop coming to are because their food is bad, overpriced, or it takes forever. restaurants actually have a pretty low bar for "good enough". the tricky part is never providing a bad experience because that's when people leave and never come back. a decent restaurant that never fucks up will be far more profitable and enduring than a good restaurant that fucks up every now and then.
