 My doctor told me to drink a glass of water if I feel hungry. I can neither confirm nor deny if this works, however, because I can't stay on the damn wagon long enough to find out. I make incredible progress, lose my will, and regress so quickly. I have some medical conditions that make it so I need to lose around 80 pounds - I think about it every single damn day, but I just can't commit.
