 I'd have rather just seen Cole vs Gargano and Balor vs Ciampa as singles matches w/ the winners moving on to next week. That was really dumb. I’m insulted. Of course there was a great possibility for a tie! Why is that an after thought? Four men fighting for an hour and counting falls....doesn’t make sense in any competitive sense. This was rushed booking and a lot of athletic energy was wasted. I left feeling nothing but annoyed. Use this week as qualifiers to get to the iron man match next week.You can have the same 4 guys qualify. Have the iron man match next week. Then a tie breaker if they still choose to go that was the next week. Get 3 weeks of solid, high quality nights of wrestling. Ending on the night they go back to having AEW Competition in 2 weeks. I finally started writing a story I always wanted to write. My unemployment benefits were finally approved a few days ago after pending for almost 4 months. I was furloughed because of covid and returned back to work for an entire month before they were finally approved. So many things! I've done 8 months of therapy and stuck with it, I'm on anti-depressents which have significantly changed my motivation levels in a good way, I've gotten a personal trainer about two weeks ago and have been working out 6 days a week for at least 2 hours a day, After 3 years of not being in a serious relationship I asked a girl out whom I have been crushing on for two years to find out the feelings were mutual and lastly I re-applied to community college after dropping out 4 years ago, I start in two weeks!  It really wasn’t a risk. When you’re the guy who’s known for one of the biggest shows on the planet, you could pour money into anything, slap your name onto it, and people will likely flock to it to check it out. Probably just the idea of changing their identity. That logo has been around since 1935. It precedes some of the greatest works of TV and cinema of all time: Terminator Dark Fate, Home Alone 3, Turbo: the Power Rangers movie, and so much more. It would be like asking to change the McDonalds logo from the Golden Arches to the Golden Arcs. An awful idea until you see the implementation and realize it adds to the overall comedy. The adage "its better to apologize than ask permission" comes to mind. His first request was probably denied due to being one of a thousand requests pushed across a lawyers' desk that they chose not to risk. But if you just show them the results?
